Refund / Cancellation Principle
Refund या cancellation eligibility project stage, completed work, third-party costs और written quotation/order confirmation की terms पर depend करेगी.
Before Payment
Customer को payment से पहले project scope, pricing, domain responsibility, hosting terms, delivery expectations और applicable refund/cancellation terms written form में confirm करनी चाहिए.
Third-Party Costs
Domain, paid plugins, paid APIs, third-party tools या other non-recoverable charges यदि customer/project के लिए purchased हों, तो उनकी refundability respective provider की policy और written agreement पर depend करेगी.
